Olive Oil
Thanks to our quality olive groves, our farm produces DOP extra virgin olive oil, excellent for its taste and aroma. The olives are hand-picked directly from the plants and cold worked for 10-15 hours.
The oil is then kept in the mill, in the absence of oxygen at a constant temperature and is then packed ready for sale. This process greatly reduces oxidation and ensures long life and freshness to the product.
The organic extra virgin olive oil is distributed and bottled in dark green glass bottles with a capacity of 500 ml and 750 ml, or bagging boxes of 3 and 10 liters or in cans of 5 liters.

Organic products, because of the farming techniques adopted, are safe products and their nutritional value is higher than conventional products.
